About the role
We are looking for Fullstack Developers at both Junior and Senior levels to build and evolve production web applications across PHP and Bun/Node.js. You will work across backend services, APIs, databases, frontend features and integrations, with a strong focus on code quality, reliability and pragmatic delivery.
Job Description:
What you will do
Design, build and maintain backend services, APIs and web application features.
Work with relational databases, caching and asynchronous/background processing where required.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes and implement durable fixes.
Write maintainable code, meaningful tests and clear technical documentation.
Collaborate with product, BA/PM, design and engineering teammates to turn requirements into working software.
Use AI-assisted development tools where useful, while remaining accountable for correctness, security and maintainability.
Solid programming fundamentals and a working understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, SQL and Git.
Able to implement scoped features with guidance and progressively handle more independent work.
Comfortable reading existing code, debugging issues and asking precise technical questions.
Willing to learn code review, testing, security and production troubleshooting practices.
Own features or services end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, deployment support and production follow-up.
Strong PHP backend experience plus practical Node.js/Bun and TypeScript experience.
Make sound architectural trade-offs around API design, data modelling, performance, reliability and maintainability.
Review code, mentor developers and raise engineering standards without over-engineering.
Diagnose complex incidents across application, database, cache, queue and external integration boundaries.
Communicate technical risks, alternatives and implementation plans clearly to both engineers and non-engineers.
Core Requirements
PHP 8+ and practical experience with at least one modern PHP framework or structured application architecture.
MySQL fundamentals including schema design, indexing, joins, transactions and query troubleshooting.
REST API design and integration experience; comfortable working with third-party services and webhooks.
Git-based development workflow and code review practices.
Strong debugging mindset: reproduce, isolate, inspect evidence, fix root cause and verify the outcome.
