Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, workflows, and integration needs
- Design, develop, and deploy full stack features and customizations using modern frameworks
- Build scalable APIs, integrations, and front-end experiences that extend our SaaS platform
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code in production environments
- Serve as a technical advisor to customers during onboarding and implementation
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
- Partner with the product team to translate customer needs into product roadmap insights
Qualifications
- Proven experience in software design and development, both frontend and backend
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in a way that is accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Typescript, React, and Node
- Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality
