Fullstack Engineer (Next.js + TypeScript)
Summary
DevFixr is building a remote candidate pool of India-based fullstack engineers for upcoming client projects with US and UK teams. Daily work centers on production Next.js 14+/TypeScript apps with React, PostgreSQL (Prisma/Drizzle), AWS, REST/webhooks, and increasingly AI tooling like LLM APIs and coding assistants.

? About the Role
We are building a candidate pool of strong Fullstack Engineers for upcoming client projects across our network.
If you have solid hands-on experience with modern web stacks, care about clean code, and are comfortable working with US and UK-based teams — we want to hear from you.
Roles are remote, fast-moving, and product-focused. AI tooling experience is increasingly expected across all our client engagements.

? Location: Remote — India-based candidates only
? Hours: US or UK business hours depending on client (flexibility required)
? English: Exceptional spoken and written English is mandatory — you will be on video calls with US and UK clients and stakeholders regularly. Communication is as important as your code.

▸ TypeScript — strict typing, interfaces, generics, reusable component architecture
▸ React — hooks, state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or Jotai), component design patterns
▸ SQL + PostgreSQL — schema design, indexing, optimised queries, migrations
▸ Prisma or Drizzle ORM — production experience preferred
▸ AWS — EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, RDS, IAM basics
▸ REST APIs + Webhooks — third-party integrations, auth tokens, error handling, retries, data mapping
▸ Git + CI/CD — GitHub Actions, Vercel, or similar deployment pipelines

Clients increasingly expect engineers who understand and work with AI tools. We look for:
▸ Experience using AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in daily workflow
▸ Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) — building features, not just using chatbots
▸ Basic understanding of prompt engineering and API integration with AI services
▸ Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, Supabase pgvector) is a plus

▸ Notion API — creating/updating pages, syncing data, managing database properties
▸ Supabase — auth, RLS, realtime, edge functions
▸ Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui — modern UI component patterns
