Fullstack Engineer (React, Python)

We're a funded, early-stage startup building an agentic AI platform for security compliance. The product is new, we're opening an R&D centre in Gdańsk and you'd be one of the first engineers on it, with real input into how it's built.

We keep meetings and busywork to minimum to build a culture focused on the needs of developers.

The role:

• You will be part of a 4 people development team focused on the development of the MVP for our main product. React on the frontend, FastAPI on the backend.

• You will lead the application code, working alongside experienced infrastructure engineer and junior AI engineers.

• You will also engage in building the foundation of a agent orchestration mechanism.

Must Have:

• Strong experience with React

• Strong experience with Python backend development FastAPI or Django is a huge plus

• Comfortable owning features across the full stack

• Availability for hybrid work in Gdańsk

Great to have:

• Experience with any agentic framework such as Pydantic AI or LangChain

• AWS

• Docker

• GitHub Actions / CI/CD
