Fullstack Engineer

In this role you will build AI-powered products and internal systems from idea to deployment, shaping how AI is embedded across the organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, from architecture to deployment and iteration, in a fast-moving startup environment. • Build AI-powered products, tools, and internal systems from concept to deployment
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Design and implement intelligent automations, integrations, and AI-driven processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions to solve real-world problems
• Translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
• Own end-to-end delivery, including architecture, development, deployment, and iteration

• Experience in Backend, Full Stack, Platform, or AI-focused software engineering
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience working with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern development tools
• Exposure to AI, LLM, agentic systems, automation platforms, or related technologies
• Proven track record of shipping production software
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup setting
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
