Fullstack – Technical Operations Engineer
Role Overview
- We are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join our team in Singapore
- Responsible for building, operating, and optimizing technical systems
- Work closely with development teams to ensure product stability, security, and performance
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications built with Node.js, React.js, and Next.js
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and operate containerized applications using Docker
- Design, administer, and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Integrate and manage GitHub Copilot to enhance developer productivity
- Explore and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions across systems and applications
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability (uptime)
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows
- Propose and apply DevOps / TechOps best practices
- Participate in shift rotation and standby duties to support a 24/7 business operation, including:
- Monitoring systems and responding to incidents outside regular business hours
- Providing timely responses to urgent alerts or service requests
- Ensuring smooth handover between shifts and maintaining incident documentation
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- More than 4 years of experience in Technical Operations, DevOps, or Backend Engineering
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Next.js
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Docker and containerized environments
- Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot in development workflows
- Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) tools or projects is a plus
Other Requirements
- Willingness to work shifts and be on standby for after‑hours support
- Strong problem‑solving mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
