- Advanced Java skills and experience building backend services.
- Good grasp of SRE practices: monitoring, alerting, SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and incident management.
- Hands-on experience with Prometheus (PromQL, exporters, alerting rules) and Grafana (dashboards, alerting, configuration automation).
- Understanding of reliability and observability: high availability, fault tolerance, resilience patterns, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
- Experience with testing (JUnit, Mockito, integration and API tests).
- Proactive, quick to learn, and able to contribute from day one.
- Nice to have: JavaScript/TypeScript and a frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
