Experience with Python. Experience with payment products is strongly preferred: on/off-ramp, PSP or acquiring integrations, P2P or OTC trading, remittances, neobanks or fintech.
Comfort working with money-moving systems: transactional consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, handling provider failures. Product and customer orientation: you care about conversion, time-to-settle and support load, not only about the code.
You can hack together quick demo MVPs and build semi-sophisticated systems.
You prefer the 80/20 principle of doing what is most effective (not a perfectionist).
B1+ level English.
