【Job Description】
We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer (3-5 years of experience) to develop and maintain our Data Platform (BI Service/ Governance Flow / ETL / Data Storage).

You will be responsible for building intuitive, responsive user interfaces for our data platform tools while also contributing to robust backend architectures. This role requires strong frontend expertise in React ecosystem, combined with solid backend development skills to ensure high system availability and implement scalable data platform related workflows based on our evolving enterprise data strategy.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional data teams in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

【Responsibilities】

• Frontend Development (50%):

-Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React and
TypeScript for the Data Governance Platform.
-Build reusable UI components and libraries following React best practices
-Implement interactive data visualization dashboards and reporting interfaces.
-Ensure optimal frontend performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and
caching strategies.

• Backend Development (50%):

-Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for the Data Mid-tier
and Data Governance Platform.
-Implement and integrate core data governance processes, including Metadata
Management, Data Quality Management, and Data Authorization/Access Control
systems.
-Integrate various data pipeline tools, databases, and storage systems (e.g., Apache
Airflow, Apache Spark, Apache Doris, SQL Server, S3).

• DevOps & Collaboration:

-Package, deploy, and manage applications using containerization technologies
(Docker/Kubernetes).
-Troubleshoot production issues across the full stack and provide technical
solutions in a timely manner.
-Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams
for requirement gathering and system integration.
