Fullstack Engineer

We're looking for a highly capable Fullstack Engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building products that directly impact customers and revenue. You'll own features end-to-end, from backend architecture and APIs to polished frontend experiences, while working closely with founders, product, and design to shape the future of global payments. This role is ideal for engineers who love shipping, solving complex problems, and operating with high ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own mission-critical systems powering high-volume international payment flows.
• Design, develop, and deploy features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to rapidly take ideas from concept to production.
• Build scalable and intuitive user experiences using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and TanStack/React Query.
• Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability across the entire stack.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and product direction.
• Help shape and refine our design system to deliver a consistent, high-quality user experience.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and TanStack Query / React Query.
• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Solid backend engineering fundamentals, including API design, databases, and distributed systems concepts.
• Experience working in startup environments or small teams with significant ownership and autonomy.
• Strong product mindset and attention to user experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
• Prior exposure to fintech, payments, banking, or transaction-heavy systems.
• Experience designing scalable systems handling large transaction volumes.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and observability practices.
