FullStack Java Developer (Senior/ Lead)
We are looking for a Java Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience in both backend and frontend development, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to mentor a team while delivering high‑quality software solutions.
Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high‑performing Java applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, QA engineers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver business requirements.
Develop and maintain both backend services and frontend applications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software design principles.
Provide technical guidance, resolve complex technical issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Participate in solution architecture, technical design discussions, and technology evaluations.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high‑quality standards.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java application development.
At least 1 year of experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a software development team.
Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful API development.
Experience in both backend and frontend development, with proficiency in React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good understanding of object‑oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, software architecture, and microservices.
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
