Fullstack Java Developer

We're Hiring: Fullstack Java Developer!

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and support scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Kafka , with experience building microservices-based solutions, integrating APIs, and working within modern DevOps and cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that are secure, reliable, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React .

• Design and implement microservices-based architectures and Kafka-driven event streaming solutions .

• Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Deploy and support applications on Azure Cloud using containerized environments.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing and deployment.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and other engineers in an Agile environment.

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

• Contribute to application performance, scalability, security, and reliability improvements.

• Follow software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications in cloud and Agile environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.

• Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot , Microservices Architecture , and Apache Kafka .

• Strong front-end development experience using ReactJS , JavaScript , HTML , and CSS .

• Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications.

• Experience with Azure Cloud services and cloud-native application development.

• Knowledge of Docker , Git , and CI/CD pipelines for modern software delivery.

• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases .

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices .

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech industry experience.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Experience working with highly scalable, event-driven architectures .
