Fullstack Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, removing blockers, and fostering engineering best practices.
• Partner directly with the CTO and Founders to translate product vision into technical strategy, define architecture, prioritise engineering initiatives, and drive execution from planning to production.
• Own technical delivery across multiple projects, ensuring high code quality, scalability, security, and on-time releases while balancing business priorities and engineering excellence.
• Drive architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and promote best practices across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI teams to define roadmaps, estimate work, manage risks, and deliver customer-focused features.
• Build features across the web front end (React / Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js or Python / FastAPI) with REST / GraphQL and Postgres.
• Design well-structured APIs RESTful / CRUD services within a microservice architecture, following 12-factor app principles.
• Own deployment end-to-end: containerise services with Docker, ship through CI/CD pipelines, and deploy and run on Kubernetes.
• Own multi-tenant, authentication and billing surfaces across Azisly's products.
• Integrate Azisly's AI and scoring services into product flows, and own features from idea to production.
