Summary: The Fullstack .NET Engineer role aims to drive the modernization of legacy applications into a cloud-native Azure architecture, contributing to both backend and frontend development while supporting various components of the system.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement backend services and REST APIs in .NET 9 with Clean Architecture.
Build and maintain React + TypeScript microfrontends.
Evolve MSSQL / Azure SQL schemas and write/tune queries with EF Core.
Author and maintain Infrastructure as Code in Terraform for Azure resources.
Optimize and support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Integrate Azure AD for authentication and apply security best practices.
Instrument services for observability and health checks.
Refactor legacy code during migration.
Write and maintain automated tests.
Troubleshoot production incidents and support deployments.
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and conduct code reviews.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of commercial full-stack experience with C# / .NET.
Strong EF Core and MSSQL / Azure SQL skills.
Hands-on Azure experience.
Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform.
CI/CD experience in Azure DevOps.
Experience building and securing REST APIs.
Automated testing experience.
Observability knowledge.
Good Git practices and code review discipline.
Nice to Have:
Production experience with React and TypeScript.
Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and Power BI.
Microfrontends or module federation experience.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Bicep / ARM in addition to Terraform.
Event-driven integration with Azure services.
Experience modernizing legacy UIs and services.
Relevant Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400, AZ-104).
