Fullstack Sharepoint Developer

We are looking for a Fullstack Sharepoint Developer to support a long‑term project delivered for a European Union organization based in Warsaw.

Requirements:

• Level 6 ICT degree (mandatory)

• Minimum 4 years of IT experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Full-stack SharePoint Developer / SharePoint Developer

• English B2 minimum

Certifications:

At least 1 certification among:

• Intermediate level certificate in software development relevant to the domain

• Equivalent certification recognized internationally and accepted by the Contracting Authority

Must-Have Skills:

• Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution

• Expert in developing enterprise-level software systems in the specified technology domain

• Knows UML and can design applications in UML

• Proficient in designing and developing data layer, business logic layer and UI layer

• Worked in Scrum developments

• Capable of leading technical teams

• Ability to document technical solutions effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Full-stack SharePoint support or developer role (custom solutions development, SDK, workflows, timer jobs, features, etc.)

• Microsoft .NET / Microsoft .NET Core

• Microsoft SQL Server development

• T-SQL knowledge

• Azure DevOps pipelines

• Web Services

• REST API

• HTTP API

• HTML & CSS (responsive design)

• JavaScript

• TypeScript

• React

• Good understanding of modern JavaScript concepts such as arrow functions and destructuring

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop systems

• Lead development teams

• Translate requirements into technical designs

• Optimize software from performance, security and quality perspectives

• Produce technical documentation

• Estimate development effort and timelines

• Establish software development standards

• Propose technical solutions for business needs and technical problems

• Collect and interpret software metrics

• Manage configuration and releases

• Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management and deployment

• Test solutions and develop testing tools

• Document developments

• Prototype solutions

• Act as 2nd and 3rd line support
