Fullstack Software Engineer

Build enterprise HR software as a full-stack engineer using Kotlin, JavaScript, Python, .NET/C#, and databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB in an Agile team.

Join a global engineering team building modern enterprise applications in a collaborative Agile environment. You'll work on the full software development lifecycle—from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, deployment, and production support—while contributing to scalable, high-quality software used in business‑critical systems.
You will
- Develop and deliver new features from requirements through production
- Break down business requirements into user stories and implement them iteratively
- Design scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Support production systems by investigating and resolving bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Identify and reduce technical debt while balancing new feature development
- Collaborate through pair programming and code reviews
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment
Kogo poszukujemy?
Must have
- 5+ years of experience with at least one modern programming language (preferably Kotlin, JavaScript, or Python)
- Willingness to work across both backend and frontend development
- Understanding of REST APIs and distributed applications
- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Experience with .NET and C#
- Understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile development
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent English and Polish
Nice to have
- Experience working in cloud‑native or microservices environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience supporting production applications and troubleshooting complex systems
