Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications according to requirements, designs, and coding standards.

• Write clean, readable, maintainable, secure, and testable code.

• Perform code reviews and fix defects identified through testing and production monitoring.

• Develop APIs, services, database integrations, or user interfaces according to product needs.

• Write unit tests and support integration and regression testing.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis for application issues.

• Use version control and follow the team's branching and release workflows.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevSecOps, Design, and other engineers.

• Perform refactoring and progressively reduce technical debt.

• Create technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–7 years of software engineering experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounting system.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Kotlin, PHP, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, clean code, design patterns, and basic software architecture.

• Proficiency with Git and pull-request-based development workflows.

• Understanding of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, authentication, and system integration.

• Understanding of unit testing, debugging, logging, and basic application security.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and the software development lifecycle.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.

• Strong ownership, willingness to learn, and communication skills.

• Willing to be placed and proceed in South Jakarta.
