Full Stack Technical Lead – React.js + Python/Java
Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 8+ Years | FTE
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and Python or Java to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of mentoring engineers while driving architecture and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications.

Own features end-to-end, including architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

Lead coding standards, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.

Mentor developers through technical guidance, architecture discussions, and problem-solving.

Collaborate with Product, QA, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Monitor application performance and reliability using production metrics and customer feedback.
Required Skills

8+ years of software engineering experience.

Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.

Strong backend development experience with Python or Java and REST API design.

Experience with AWS or GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.

Proven experience leading technical discussions and mentoring engineers.
