Fullstack Web Developer
Summary
Builds and maintains the villa-rental company's websites: day-to-day WordPress/CMS site management, SEO and performance optimization, Google Analytics/Search Console tracking, and domain/hosting/SSL upkeep, plus light design work — collaborating closely with the marketing team in Indonesia.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in website management, webmaster, web development, or digital marketing.
Proficient in WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Good understanding of SEO and website optimization.
Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Understanding of domain, hosting, SSL, website security, and basic troubleshooting.
Good understanding of responsive web design and basic UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage.
Experience in hospitality, villa, hotel, tourism, or travel industry is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with the Marketing Team.
Good communication skills and ability to work with external vendors or developers.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good command of written and spoken English.
