In this role you will design and develop responsive websites for an international company in Central London. You will shape how the site scales with data-driven practices and integrations, delivering reliable, admin-friendly backends. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain responsive websites and themes
  • Customize and extend Shopify themes using Liquid and API integrations
  • Manage WordPress backend environments for admins
  • Perform data migration and synchronization between Shopify and WordPress
  • Implement ecommerce integrations with ERPs, warehouses, POS, and other third-party apps
  • Optimize performance, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG/ADA)
  • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM) to drive data-informed decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively under tight deadlines
Key requirements
  • 4+ years of web development experience
  • Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS/SCSS
  • Experience with Shopify and Liquid templates
  • AWS experience (Lambda, S3, API Gateway) desirable
  • Node/NPM; SQL and/or NoSQL databases desirable
  • CMS implementation and server-side programming knowledge
  • Shopify development experience including custom themes
  • Data migration between Shopify and WordPress
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization and accessibility practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
