Compensation Package

Base Salary

• $260,000/year
  • $21,666.67 per month
  • Paid twice monthly (15th and last day of each month)

Work Expectations

Expected availability:

• • Average of 10 shifts/month
  • 120 shifts/year

Assignments may vary significantly by:

• location
• timing
• staffing needs

Productivity Compensation (wRVU Bonus)

• Additional compensation of:
  • $35 per wRVU billed
• Paid monthly based on prior month production

Excess Shift Bonus

If the physician works more than 10 shifts in a month:

  • $1,700 per extra shift

Reconciliation Provision

Bonuses are reconciled quarterly and annually:

• Must exceed:
  • 30 shifts per quarter
  • 120 shifts per year

Covered Holidays

Professional Expense Reimbursement

State Medical Licenses & DEA

RPG will:

• pay for new state licenses and DEA certifications when needed for assignments
• reimburse renewals if mutually agreed necessary for RPG operations

Continuing Medical Education (CME)

RPG reimburses:

• tuition
• travel
• lodging for CME activities

CME Allowance

• Up to:
  • $2,000 per contract year

Conditions

• Must receive prior written approval from CMO
• Must submit documentation/receipts

Travel Reimbursement

RPG reimburses:

• reasonable and pre-approved travel expenses for assignments at customer hospitals.

• Travel must comply with RPG travel policy.

Malpractice Insurance

Provided by RPG:

• professional liability insurance with limits of:
• $1 million per occurrence
• $3 million aggregate

Termination Terms

Without Cause Termination

Either party may terminate with:

• • 90 days written notice

The physician must continue covering agreed assignments during notice period.
