(Fully Remote) - English and Georgian Speaking Support Associate Full-Time

Please note: This remote opportunity is only available to candidates who reside in Tbilisi, Rustavi, Gori, Kutaisi, and Batumi.

Additionally, the role is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract. While there is no guarantee of extension or permanent employment, any future opportunities will be based on business needs.

​​We’re looking for full-time (40 hrs/week) Support Associates who are fluent in Georgian and have professional working proficiency in English (B2+), both written and spoken.

You'll join our remote support team as part of our Shared Service Center, supporting multiple Wolt countries around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing💙

• Assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone

• Helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations

• Growing your skills while working with teams across Wolt to improve our support operations

What We’re Looking For🌟

No previous customer service experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. If you do have experience, that’s a bonus - but not a requirement.

We’d love to meet you if you:

• Are a clear and empathetic communicator with a naturally customer-focused approach;

• Learn new things quickly and feel comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;

• Have availability to work 5 days per week across different shift types, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as our operation runs 24/7;

• Have written and spoken fluency in Georgian and have professional working proficiency in English;

• Work well independently and feel comfortable in a remote environment
