Functional AI Consultant
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and define AI use cases and solution roadmaps
- Configure Copilots in Copilot Studio, including settings, authentication, orchestration, agents, tools, topics, prompts, and connectors
- Build flows and integrations using Power Platform tools
- Establish governance, security, and adoption strategies
- Measure impact and iterate based on feedback
Requirements
- Customer-facing consulting experience
- Strong facilitation and storytelling skills
- Experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
- Business process understanding and requirements analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 ecosystems
- Familiarity with enterprise compliance and change management
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AI-102, or AB-100
