Functional Analyst Bank/Insurance Senior Onshore

A leading financial services organization is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join a strategic Digital Assets Platform initiative.

The role focuses on transforming innovative digital asset concepts into clear, scalable, and reliable platform functionalities supporting emerging financial products and services.

Requirements

· Conduct functional analysis and prepare functional designs.

· Support analysis, design, enhancement, and implementation activities.

· Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

· Support system changes, upgrades, and production deployments.

· Analyse service requests and estimate feasibility and implementation effort.

· Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

· Contribute to digital asset and blockchain-related platform initiatives.

Required Skills & Expertise

Must Have

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst within banking and/or insurance environments.

· Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.

· Strong expertise in Blockchain technologies.

· Expertise in Cryptocurrency and Programmable Money concepts.

· Experience with Tokenization, Smart Contracts, Stablecoins, and Digital Wallets.

· Confluence experience.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Should Have

· Understanding of IT Security principles.

· Exposure to software development environments.

· Data-driven working approach.
