Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including use cases and user stories.
- Facilitate stakeholder management by acting as the bridge between business units and technical development teams.
- Document and optimize business processes using BPMN and DMN standards.
- Develop comprehensive test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Apply user story mapping techniques to align project scope with user needs.
- Provide technical insights for applications within multi-tier and web-enabled environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a functional analyst working on large-scale, business-critical applications.
- You possess experience with technical environments and have working knowledge of Javascript.
- You bring proven experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
- You have experience with user story mapping, writing use cases, and defining test cases.
- You’re experienced in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
- You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with BPMN, DMN, and workflow automation tools like Camunda.
- Knowledge of OO design concepts, UML, and multi-tier architectures.
- Experience with data modeling techniques and Postgres databases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Atlassian Tools.
