Functional Associate ERP Implementer

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Functional Associate ERP Implementer. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience in ERP implementation is required. The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the necessary skills for a successful career in ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and clients to understand their business processes and system requirements.
  • Work closely with senior team members to gather and document client needs.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.
  • Conduct system analysis and gap-fit analysis to identify areas where customization or configuration may be required.
  • Configure and customize the Epicor ERP system based on client requirements using tools like Epicor Administration Console and BPM.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation for system modifications or enhancements.
  • Provide end-user training and support during system implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Assist in creating test plans, test scripts, and conducting system testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
  • Address and troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to communicate business requirements and facilitate system changes or enhancements.
  • Stay updated with the latest Epicor ERP functionalities, trends, and best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Participate in project meetings, communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders, and provide regular status reports.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business / Finance / Supply Chain Management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within project timelines.
  • A solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of business processes is a plus
