Functional Business Analyst - Capital market (Immediate Joiner)

Overview:

A Capital Markets Functional Business Analyst role is heavily focused on understanding and shaping business problems, partnering with senior stakeholders to define desired outcomes, and converting complex business needs into well-defined requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Requirement Refinement: Research and define functional requirements directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Meeting Participation: Attend customer meetings with Product Managers to understand client ideas and issues.
• Training Support: Create presentations and demos to train additional teams on new functionalities.

2.Design & Documentation

• Functional Designs: Create detailed functional designs and write user stories with conditions of satisfaction.
• Design Leadership: Lead the creation of designs incorporating input from Project and Product Managers.

3.Development & Quality Assurance

• Engineering Alignment: Work closely with engineers and testers to ensure products match client requirements.
• Feature Ownership: Take full ownership of delivering features and capabilities through the development cycle.
• Defect Management: Review, comment, and follow up on defects and enhancement requests.
• Issue Triage: Understand and triage customer issues using technical research and team collaboration.
