Functional Business Analyst (Digital Banking)

About our client: Local MNC client.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories and process designs.
• Coordinate requirements across business, design, development and testing teams.
• Manage requirement risks, changes, traceability and scope.
• Assess operational impact and support readiness planning.
• Support SIT/UAT preparation, defect triage and requirement clarification.

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 5+ experience in business analysis
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop user stories, process designs and functional specifications.
• Facilitate requirements across business, design, technology and testing teams.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, changes and requirements traceability.
• Assess operational impact and support implementation readiness.
• Support SIT/UAT planning, defect triage and requirement clarification.
