Key Skills:

· Expert skills in MS excel, Excel Macros, MS power point, Sharepoint.

· Experience in Software Development Cycle and JIRA

· Good data analysis skills

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

· Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit, review, and validate business requirements

· Perform impact assessments and analyze the "to-be" business and operational processes based on agreed requirements

• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope creep
• Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests

Functional Design & Solution Alignment

· Transition requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clarity and completeness.

• Maintain traceability of functional specification to business requirements

Testing

• Review test plan and functional test scope prepared by testing team
• Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritisation, tracking and resolution

Requirements:

• Between 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong track record in delivering finance-related projects
• Proficient in data management and financial systems
• Knowledgeable in accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
• Experienced in change management and project management fundamentals
• Strong team player with leadership skills, able to drive collaboration and resolve complex issues
• Passionate, diligent, and resilient, with the ability to work through ambiguity and deliver under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong stakeholder relationships
• Confident presenter, able to explain complex topics clearly and effectively
