Functional Business Analyst

We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and support system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.

Document functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Identify gaps, dependencies, business rules, and system requirements.

Work closely with architects, developers, testers, and business users.

Support solution design, SIT, UAT, defect management, and implementation.

Define functional integration and data requirements.

Maintain requirements documentation and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.

Experience in IT system implementation or software delivery projects.

Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Experience with process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, or data mapping is an advantage.
