Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant who can translate business needs into practical Microsoft solutions and confidently guide customers through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering and process-discovery workshops

• Map business processes to Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Configure solutions and identify gaps requiring customisation or integration

• Prepare functional specifications, process flows and test scripts

• Support data migration, UAT, user training and go-live

• Work closely with customers, developers and project teams

• Recommend process improvements, automation and practical AI use cases

About you

• Experience implementing Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM or business applications

• Good understanding of finance, sales, purchasing, inventory or operations

• Strong analytical, documentation and customer-facing skills

• Able to manage requirements and translate them into workable solutions

• Comfortable handling multiple projects and collaborating across teams

• Exposure to Business Central, Power Platform or Power BI is an advantage
