Functional Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365

The Role

You are the bridge between the client's business teams and the Dynamics 365 solution. You translate business processes into configuration, specifications and user journeys, without writing code.

Responsibilities

Lead scoping workshops and formalize business requirements (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Service)
Map AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes
Write functional specifications and estimate effort with the technical team
Configure Dynamics 365 modules (standard first, custom development as a last resort)
Drive data migration: mapping, business rules, validation with business stakeholders
Prepare and run testing (SIT, UAT), qualify defects and follow up on fixes
Train key users, write documentation and support the go-live
Provide post-deployment support and handle enhancements
Contribute to pre-sales: demos, discovery workshops, effort estimation

Profil recherché

Must-have

3+ years as a functional consultant on Dynamics 365 (F&O or CE), or AX / NAV / CRM
At least 2 end-to-end projects (scoping through go-live)
Expertise in at least one domain: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales or Customer Service
Ability to challenge the client and control scope
Documentation rigor and project methodology (Agile, Sure Step or equivalent)

Nice-to-have

Certifications: MB-310, MB-330, MB-280, MB-230, MB-210
Power Platform basics (Power Automate, Power BI)
Knowledge of Belgian localization (VAT, Peppol, CODA)
Experience in multi-entity or multi-country environments
