Functional Consultant - SAP SCM Module

SAP ePPDS Functional Consultant.

Location : Remote.

Duration : Contract Position.

Position Overview :

Seeking an experienced SAP ePPDS Functional Consultant to support SAP planning, production scheduling, manufacturing, and supply chain transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead requirements gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

- Design, configure, implement, and support SAP ePPDS solutions.

- Support Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Resource Planning, and Finite Scheduling.

- Develop functional designs, process documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.

- Support the complete SAP lifecycle: design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare, and production support.

- Collaborate with SAP PP, MM, SD, QM, EWM, and FI/CO teams for end-to-end integration.

- Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production deployment.

- Troubleshoot SAP issues and work with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, custom developments, and ABAP debugging.

- Read and analyze ABAP code to identify functional/root-cause issues; ABAP coding is not required.

- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing planning, scheduling, and supply chain processes.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of SAP Functional Consulting experience.

- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations involving PP, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Planning.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ePPDS implementation and support.

- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Heuristics, Resource Scheduling, and Production Orders.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, PP, MM, EWM, and QM.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.

- Experience with ABAP troubleshooting/debugging and technical specifications.

- Knowledge of CIF, ERP integration, master data, planning interfaces, and production execution integration.

- Experience working with both business and technical teams.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

Preferred :

- Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation/support experience.

- Experience with SAP - Kinaxis integration.

- Background in CPG, manufacturing, paper products, personal care, or industrial manufacturing.

- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
