What you'll do • Configure and optimize the ticketing platform to support ticket sales across all markets. • Translate business requirements into system configurations and customizations. • Manage data models, integrations with other systems, and data integrity. • Manage user rights, access controls, and platform security. • Develop and execute test plans; maintain documentation. • Provide second-line support and serve as primary vendor contact for incidents and changes. • Participate in cross-functional teams for reporting and continuous improvement. What You Bring • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • At least 2 years in application management, preferably in ticketing, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms.
