Key Responsibilities of The Functional & Electronic Architecture Planning & Cost Manager
- Build and drive the reference project schedule, ensuring alignment and synchronization with all contributing Module projects and tophat components
- Manage project cost governance, establishing the project budget and providing a consolidated view of budget, actuals, and forecasts.
- Oversee synthesis testing means (VHIL, FPV0 mules): identification, planning, manufacturing, and delivery.
- Ensure cross-project synchronization, maintaining a functional link with Module PPM/PCM to secure overall program convergence.
