Functional Lead - SAP ERP Procurement

You will lead SAP Procurement and Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and continuous improvement programs And provide functional leadership for SAP Procurement solutions, driving solution design, process optimization, and adoption of SAP best practices Ownership in end-to-end procurement processes and ensure alignment with business objectives, enterprise standards, and operational requirements Lead the delivery of SAP Procurement capabilities, including integration with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and related enterprise applications Also, partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions and successful transformation outcomes You are going to provide governance, oversight, and senior functional guidance across SAP Procurement projects, programs, and support services And foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the SAP Functional community Lastly, partner with global functional leads to align resource capacity, delivery priorities, organizational objectives, and workforce strategies
