About the Opportunity
We are seeking a physician who is passionate about functional medicine, longevity and preventative healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to deliver personalized wellness solutions focused on optimizing health, performance and quality of life.
Services may include hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, nutritional optimization, preventative medicine and other evidence-based wellness treatments designed to help patients achieve long-term health goals.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active or eligible medical licensure in Virginia
- Experience or strong interest in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine or Wellness Medicine
- Experience with hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss and peptide therapies preferred
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Commitment to personalized, patient-centered care
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in program growth and innovation

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $225,000 to $275,000, based on experience, qualifications and specialty background. Potential for more based on the specialty.
