Functional Support Assistant

1. Provide basic technical and functional support to business applications users.

2. Performs basic systems configurations for master data maintenance.

3. Monitor upload of master data and transactions upload and download from ERP to other systems and vice versa.

4. Monitor ERP confirmation and invoicing of Picklists completed in Warehouse system.

5. Perform program testing for Quality Assurance for new and modified business application programs or systems.

6. Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Educational Attainment: College graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Management Accounting or Business Management and allied courses.; Skills & Trainings Needed: Intermediate Computer Skills (MS Office and knowledge of SAP system is a plus).
