Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Functional Tester with 5+ years of experience in manual testing, test case design, defect management, and application validation. The candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, preparing test scenarios, executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and User Stories.
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
• Validate application functionality against business requirements.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and testing activities.
• Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
• Conduct UAT support and production validation.
