Day to day you act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation, adaptation, and optimization of D365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
Deze organisatie, een frisse start-up, heeft als missie om elke organisatie om te bouwen tot een slimme, proces-gedreven organisatie d.m.v. het M365 ecosysteem te implementeren. Zij bieden een waaier van expertise aan van processautomatisatie tot modern workplace, data intelligence en business intelligence, ontwikkelen van een business strategie/processen en méér.
Als D365 Functioneel consultant fungeer je als Trusted Advisor en gids je klanten doorheen de implementatie, adaptatie en optimalisatie van D365 oplossingen.
Wie ben jij?
- Een bachelordiploma in een relevante richting zoals Business Engineering, Business Administration, Informatica, TEW,..
- Minstens 2-3 jaar relevante werkervaring in de implementatie & configuratie van D365 oplossingen en kennis van verschillende modules zoals Sales, Customer Service, Field Service of Marketing
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden waarmee je complexe problemen kan vertalen naar jouw doelpubliek
