  • Prepare and review wires for investment activities and fee payments.
  • Assist with complex waterfall and management fee calculations.

  • Support the fundraising team with fund marketing materials.
  • Liaise with investment professionals on deal closings.
  • Coordinate with the Tax team on deal/fund structuring and tax estimates/payments.
  • Work with internal and external legal counsel to understand key legal documents (e.g., credit facility agreements, limited partnership agreements).
  • Partner with the Engineering team and participate in high-impact automation and technology projects to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual work.

What We Value

  • Solid understanding of accounting rules and industry practices.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
  • Sharp-eyed, with strong critical thinking and the ability to identify errors, syndicate risk, and clearly articulate points.
  • Self-motivated with a strong team orientation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables at once.
  • Comfortable using technology to resolve problems efficiently, and open to automation and adapting to change

Preferred

  • 2–5 years of accounting experience — public accounting (audit or tax), fund administration, or another private equity/investment management firm.
  • Experience with alternative investments, private equity/partnership accounting and fund administration is a plus.
  • Strong accounting and Excel skills; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience with credit and structured products (Bank Debt, HY Bonds, CLOs) is a plus.
