Fund Administration Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Fund Administration Manager with broad experience across fund accounting, NAV, transfer agency, investor services and FATCA/CRS.

The successful candidate should have strong technical judgment, a good understanding of the full fund administration lifecycle, and the ability to independently review and validate critical operational and accounting outputs.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving operational issues, engaging directly with clients and taking ownership of fund administration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end administration of investment funds and related structures.

• Review and oversee NAV calculations, fund accounting records, reconciliations, accruals and fee calculations.

• Review subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, distributions and investor allocations.

• Maintain oversight of investor registers and investor reporting.

• Coordinate investor onboarding, AML/KYC documentation and periodic reviews.

• Review FATCA/CRS documentation and classifications, including tax residency, entity classification, controlling persons and reportable accounts.

• Support annual FATCA/CRS reporting and related documentation remediation.

• Review management fees, performance fees, capital accounts and other fund-level calculations.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, custodians, tax advisers, corporate secretaries and other service providers.

• Handle client queries and operational escalations.

• Develop and maintain appropriate operational controls, procedures and review processes.

• Support and review the work of junior team members where required.
