Fund Administration & Oversight Senior Lead Analyst

About the department:

  • Global Pricing and Valuation Services (GPVS) manages fund administration activities that support the mutual fund business, including Investment Book of Record (IBOR) pricing, fair value oversight, and governance of third-party service providers. The team partners with fund boards, auditors, administrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity. Team members work collaboratively across regions and functions to support fund operations, oversight activities, and product launches while driving risk management and continuous improvement.

How you will add value?

  • You will execute risk-based oversight assignments across funds and jurisdictions.

  • You will support pricing controls and valuation governance activities.

  • You will prepare board and valuation committee reports.

  • You will analyze pricing trends and valuation exposures.

  • You will monitor exceptions and key oversight indicators.

  • You will conduct due diligence on vendors and administrators.

  • You will serve as a contact for complex business inquiries.

  • You will develop dashboards, tools, and workflow enhancements.

  • You will strengthen controls and improve operating efficiency.

  • You will review vendor invoices and service arrangements.

  • You will produce risk metrics and management reports.

  • You will support audits and regulatory reviews.

  • You will oversee service provider performance and issue resolution.

  • You will support regulatory filing oversight activities.

What will help you be successful in this role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in fund administration, valuation, investment operations, or financial services.

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or progress toward a relevant certification preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Working knowledge of Windows-based applications.

  • Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, Python, or similar tools.

  • Experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions.

  • Knowledge of process automation and operational controls.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly.

  • Confidence presenting information to stakeholders and management.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
