Fund Distribution & Marketing Support Manager
This is a mid-level role within the Fund Distribution and Marketing team, responsible for key fund distribution support activities undertaken on behalf of clients. The role is based in Porto, with some limited European travel (Luxembourg, UK, Ireland).
A core component of the role is the coordination, oversight and quality control of regulatory documents produced by a third‑party service provider, including PRIIPs KIDs and UCITS KIIDs / CCI disclosures, and associated regulatory reporting files including EMT, EPT and EET. As such, proven experience in this area is essential.
In addition, the successful candidate will support a wide range of other distribution‑related activities, working closely with clients, internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure funds are operationally ready for distribution across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities
- Fund Document & Regulatory Reporting Oversight: Coordinate and oversee the production, review and ongoing maintenance of fund regulatory disclosure documents prepared by a third‑party service provider, including: PRIIPs KIDs, UCITS KIIDs / CCI disclosures, EMT, EPT and EET. Liaise with clients to obtain sign off and be the primary point of contact for internal and client queries.
- Fund Factsheets: Coordinate and oversee the production and ongoing updates of fund factsheets prepared by a third‑party provider. Liaise with clients to obtain sign off and be the primary point of contact for any queries.
- Distribution Support: Support other Fund Distribution and Marketing team activities as required, such as data vendor checks, fund platform oversight and fund passporting activities.
- Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams (e.g. product, compliance, operations) and external service providers. Manage and respond to distribution‑related queries from both internal and external stakeholders. Build strong working relationships with clients, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and technical competence.
- Service Provider Oversight: Provide ongoing oversight of third‑party service providers, including quality control, issue escalation and performance monitoring, to ensure services are delivered in line with contractual terms and regulatory expectations.
- Product Change Activity: Support distribution aspects of fund product changes, such as launches, mergers, share class changes and closures, including coordinating the update of cross-border registrations, updating fund static data and supporting communication across stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance oversight, controls and efficiency across distribution enablement activities. Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives, working with internal technology teams and external vendors where appropriate.
Requirements
Experience & Knowledge:- Minimum 3 years’ experience working at an asset manager, management company or relevant service provider.
- Hands‑on experience of PRIIPs KID and/or UCITS KIID / CCI production is essential.
- Strong understanding of fund distribution processes, regulatory disclosures and data reporting requirements.
- Experience liaising with data vendors, document production providers and fund platforms is highly desirable.
