Fund Operations Manager

Job Overview：

We are looking for a Fund Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day fund operations and compliance matters to ensure smooth fund business operations.

Note: Only Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) will be considered. Employment Pass (EP) sponsorship is not available for this role.

Job Responsibilities：

1. Manage end-to-end daily fund operations,including fund account administration, trade settlement, NAV calculation, share registry and fund cash movement.

2. Assist in implementing fund compliance controls, handling regulatory filings, document archiving and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to Singapore regulatory requirements.

3. Liaise with internal investment teams,external custodians, auditors, legal counsel and other counter parties for daily reconciliation and communication.

4. Prepare operational reports, identify operational risks and continuously improve fund operational workflows.

5. Support other ad-hoc fund operations and compliance related tasks.

Job Requirements：

1. Must be Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR. No EP sponsorship.

2. 1–2 years of working experience in fund operations and/or compliance.

3. Diploma or Degree in Finance. Solid finance knowledge to understand financial terminology.
