Position Name - Fund Raising Support Executive / Manager
Location -Ahmedabad
Experience Range - 2 to 5 years
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant experience in fundraising, donor management, CSR funding, grants, sponsorships or
investor relations
• Strong communication, networking and follow-up skills with the ability to coordinate with potential
donors, investors and funding partners
• Good experience in preparing funding proposals, presentations, reports, financial documentation and
maintaining fundraising databases/Excel trackers

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with clients to understand their fundraising requirements, business plans, funding needs
and financial objectives.
• Support debt syndication and equity fundraising assignments by identifying suitable banks, NBFCs,
financial institutions and potential investors.
• Prepare and maintain funding proposals, pitch decks, financial summaries, company profiles and
business presentations.
• Collect, review and organise financial statements, audited reports, CMA data, project reports and
other documents required for funding applications.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, investors and financial institutions for proposal submission, follow-ups
and funding updates.
• Track fundraising opportunities, maintain client databases, manage documentation and monitor the
status of ongoing funding cases.

• Support the team in achieving fundraising targets and developing relationships with new clients and
funding partners.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. MBA
(Finance) will be preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience for Executive and 5–8 years for Manager in fundraising, debt
syndication, corporate finance, banking, NBFC or financial advisory.
• Good understanding of financial statements, CMA data, project reports, funding proposals and loan
documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and preparation of financial presentations and reports.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Candidates with prior experience coordinating with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions and investors
will be preferred.
