Fundamental Business Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate global network resources, timelines and costs to define IP & international private‑line network build‑out, capacity expansion and optimization requirements for business scaling.

• Establish service operational data framework, analyze revenue, traffic, cost and profitability metrics to drive refined operation and continuous product & resource optimization.

• Build and enhance end‑to‑end business processes and cross‑team collaboration mechanisms, coordinate multi‑functional teams to improve service delivery quality and customer experience.

• Manage the IP & private‑line business team, set revenue and operation targets, drive performance management and upgrade overall team capability.

• Prepare business and network performance reports for management decision‑making, and complete ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering or related fields.

• Minimum 10 years of international carrier IP and private‑line network experience; carrier background highly preferred.

• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS VPN, BGP, IEPL/IPLC; CCIE/HCIE certification preferred.

• At least 5 years technical team management experience with strong cross‑regional coordination capability.

• Python/PowerShell and AI tool familiarity is a plus.

• Business‑oriented, good presentation and communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua).
