我們正在尋找一位 募款統籌（Fundraising Coordinator），加入臺灣募款與公眾參與團隊。此角色將參與捐款人開發相關專案，涵蓋 面對面募款（Direct Dialogue Campaign）與電話募款（Telephone Fundraising） 等核心管道，透過專案統籌與成果分析，支持募款管道的穩定運作與持續優化。

這是一個需要兼具邏輯思考、溝通協調與成效意識的專業角色。

We are seeking a Fundraising Coordinator to join our Taiwan Fundraising and Public Engagement team. This role will contribute to donor acquisition initiatives across core channels, including Direct Dialogue Campaign (face-to-face fundraising) and Telephone Fundraising, supporting the stability, performance, and continuous optimisation of these programs through project coordination and performance analysis.

This position requires a combination of structured thinking, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

主要工作內容

統籌並推進捐款人開發相關專案，確保策略方向與執行節奏的一致性

參與面對面募款及電話募款管道之專案規劃與營運協調

協調跨部門及外部合作夥伴，維持專案進度與合作品質

追蹤與檢視募款成果及專案表現，整理觀察與分析，支持策略調整

協助募款管道之運作優化，提升整體成效與資源效率

參與策略與發展討論，提出具可行性的改善方向

視專案需求，參與團隊協作與管理相關任務

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and drive donor acquisition related projects, ensuring alignment between strategic direction and execution

Contribute to the planning and operational coordination of Direct Dialogue Campaign and Telephone Fundraising channels

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain project timelines and quality

Monitor and review fundraising outcomes and project performance, generating observations and insights to inform adjustments

Support the optimisation of fundraising channel operations, improving overall effectiveness and resource efficiency

Participate in strategic discussions and development initiatives, contributing actionable improvement ideas

Contribute to team collaboration and coordination activities as required by project needs
