Fundraising & Donor Partnerships Lead (Full-Time Volunteer)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Fundraising & Donor Partnerships Lead to help us build the financial foundation of a national youth movement. You will identify funding opportunities, cultivate donor relationships, and craft compelling proposals and reports to engage individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue funding through grants, individuals, and partnerships.
  
• Develop high-quality proposals, donor reports, and storytelling assets.
  
• Manage donor communication and appreciation strategies.
  
• Contribute to organizational sustainability through creative giving campaigns.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, donor development, or partnerships.
  
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
  
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  
• Deep belief in the cause and capacity to engage donors intentionally.
