Summary
Gaining hands-on experience supporting the Development team at a non-profit serving individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses. You'll help plan events like the Walk for the ONE 5k and Autism Beach Bash, assist with sponsor outreach and grant applications, manage the OneCause platform, and support donor communications.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Family Resource Networking is seeking a qualified Development/Fundraising Intern to join our Development team. This position is a hands-on opportunity to gain real world non-profit experience while working closely with the Special Events Manager and other team members. This is a remote role with required in-office and community presence based on event calendar.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Support planning and execution of 2026 special events (listed below)

Help secure event sponsorships and donations

Research potential sponsors and assist with grant applications

Draft donor acknowledgement and thank you letters

Provide day-of-event support and assist with fundraising projects

Assist in managing the back-end of OneCause (ticketing, registration, and reporting)
